Originally from southwest Virginia, Whitney Rainero has always had a passion and love for animals. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Furman University in Greenville, SC and then went on to earn her Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science, Physical Therapy from MUSC in Charleston, SC.

Realizing her passion still remained with animals, she joined a veterinary practice to offer animal rehabilitation services and then proceeded to become certified as a Canine Rehabilitation Therapist by the Canine Rehabilitation Institute. She later furthered her education on human and animal natural health by enrolling in an alternative medicine program offered by Kingdom College of Natural Health, where she received her Doctor of Alternative Medicine degree.

With over 18 years of experience in canine rehabilitation services, Whitney is now offering therapeutic services through Aqua Dog. Aqua Dog provides aquatic therapy services, as well as Cold Laser Therapy, Electrical Stimulation, and Exercise prescriptions to make a difference in the lives of all dogs.
